General questions
What does SalesChit do?
SalesChit helps businesses identify, research and connect with relevant B2B prospects, buyers, distributors, wholesalers and commercial decision-makers through targeted prospect research, sales intelligence and managed email outreach. We also provide LinkedIn prospect research and guidance, and — under custom plans — additional sales development services.
Who is the service suitable for?
B2B companies across North America, the UK and Europe that need prospect research, decision-maker identification, contact intelligence or managed email outreach, and want structured support without building a full in-house prospecting function.
What does the $ 1,999 (USD) monthly plan include?
The Managed Prospecting plan includes 300–500 relevant target companies researched per month, 2–3 relevant decision makers per company where available, LinkedIn profile URLs where available, business email research and verification, managed email outreach with personalization and follow-ups, basic reply handling and meeting arrangement, LinkedIn prospect research and guidance, weekly virtual meetings and monthly written reports.
Is there a minimum commitment for every plan?
Yes. Every plan — both the $ 1,999 (USD)/month Managed Prospecting plan and Totally Custom Plans — requires a minimum three-month commitment. Monthly pricing does not mean you can cancel after one month. The initial three-month term, payment schedule, termination provisions and any continuation after the initial term are documented in your written agreement before engagement.
What is the minimum initial service fee for the standard plan?
The minimum service fee for the initial three-month term is US$5,997, excluding domain and mailbox costs and any other separately agreed charges or applicable taxes. The payment schedule — including whether fees are paid monthly or otherwise — is stated in the written agreement; the entire three-month fee is not necessarily payable upfront.
How do monthly pricing and commitment length differ?
The $ 1,999 (USD)/month figure is the monthly service fee. The commitment length is a minimum of three months. You cannot cancel after one month simply because the fee is quoted monthly. The specific payment schedule is set out in your written agreement.
How are target companies and decision makers selected?
Companies are researched against criteria agreed with you — product, applications, business model, geography and potential commercial relevance. Decision makers are identified by their role in the relevant buying or commercial process, not by assuming every senior executive is the right contact.
What does “qualified company” mean?
A qualified company is one researched and checked against your agreed relevance criteria. It is not an interested buyer unless actual interest has been established. Research identifies relevance and potential fit, not buying intent.
What is the 300–500 company scope and are contact quantities guaranteed?
The standard plan researches 300–500 relevant target companies per month, with 2–3 relevant decision makers per company where available. This can represent approximately 600–1,500 decision-maker records depending on company coverage and contact availability. This is not a guaranteed contact quantity.
What is the difference between identified contacts and verified email addresses?
We can identify a decision maker by name, role and company even when no usable email is available. A verified email is one that has been researched and confirmed deliverable where possible. We clearly distinguish availability and verification status. Not every researched person will have a usable verified email address.
What happens when the market has fewer suitable prospects?
Research volume depends on the size of the relevant market, your criteria and information availability. Where fewer suitable prospects exist, we discuss realistic scope and adjustments with you before or during the engagement. We do not pad research with irrelevant companies.
Is prospect information exclusive to me?
Exclusivity is not assumed. Whether prospect lists or research are exclusive is addressed in your written agreement. We do not represent unconfirmed exclusivity terms here.
Do I approve email copy and personalization?
Yes. Campaign strategy and messaging are prepared by SalesChit and submitted for your approval before launch. You approve messaging and business claims before any campaign goes out. Personalization is applied within the approved framework.
Whose identity and mailbox are used for email outreach?
Campaigns are set up and executed using agreed, authorised sender accounts. Sender identity, account ownership, access permissions and setup responsibilities are agreed during onboarding. Domain registration and email mailbox subscriptions are not included in the service fee.
Are domain and mailbox costs included?
No. Domain registration and email mailbox subscriptions are not included in the service fee. Any additional third-party software or infrastructure costs are disclosed and agreed before you commit.
Do you handle replies and arrange meetings?
Yes. The standard plan includes reply monitoring and categorisation, basic conversations based on client-approved information, sharing your meeting-booking link when appropriate, and basic follow-through to arrange meetings when prospects express suitable interest. This is more than forwarding interested replies. No particular number of meetings, replies or sales is guaranteed.
Which questions are handed to the client?
Questions requiring your product expertise, pricing decisions, proposals, negotiations or closing are handed over to you. SalesChit handles basic conversations and meeting arrangement; it does not replace your commercial judgement on substantive deal decisions.
What is the difference between standard LinkedIn support and custom LinkedIn execution?
The standard plan provides LinkedIn prospect research and guidance — relevant profile URLs plus assistance and suggestions for organising and executing outreach through your own authorised real LinkedIn profile. It does not include SalesChit sending LinkedIn connection requests or messages on your behalf. Custom plans may include LinkedIn outreach conducted from a real SalesChit representative’s personal profile, with your approval.
Whose LinkedIn profile is used under each arrangement?
Under the standard plan, LinkedIn outreach is conducted by you (the client founder or another responsible, authorised person) through your own real LinkedIn profile, with SalesChit providing research and guidance. Under a custom plan, LinkedIn outreach may be conducted from a real SalesChit representative’s personal profile, with the client’s approval. The representative is identified truthfully and their relationship to the client is explained honestly.
Are there weekly meetings and monthly reports?
Yes. Reporting includes a weekly virtual meeting to review activity, progress, responses, issues and next steps, plus a monthly written progress report. The monthly report distinguishes companies researched, decision makers identified, contacts with verified emails, unique recipients approached, total emails including follow-ups, responses and positive conversations, and meetings arranged where applicable.
What are the setup and launch stages?
Discovery meeting, agreed scope and onboarding, targeting and research, verification, message approval, campaign execution, reply handling and meeting arrangement, then reporting and improvement. Sender identity, account ownership and access permissions are agreed during onboarding.
What are the client responsibilities?
Clients provide accurate product details, target-market criteria and approved messaging. Where outreach is included, clients and SalesChit agree sender setup, appropriate use of researched information, campaign responsibilities and handling of opt-out requests before launching. Clients approve messaging and business claims before launch.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Account ownership, access permissions and data ownership are addressed in your written agreement. Sender accounts used for outreach are agreed and authorised during onboarding. Suppression and opt-out data are maintained and respected.
How do cancellation, continuation and refunds work?
Every plan requires a minimum three-month commitment. Cancellation and continuation after the initial term, treatment of work already completed, work paid for but not performed, non-recoverable third-party costs, and failure to deliver agreed services are addressed in the written agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The three-month commitment does not remove remedies for SalesChit’s failure to perform agreed services or override applicable legal rights. Specific notice periods, renewal arrangements or refund-processing windows are not invented here — they are defined in your written agreement.
How are opt-outs and contact data handled?
Functional opt-out processes and suppression lists are maintained and respected. Researched business contact data is used responsibly for the agreed business purpose. A public LinkedIn profile, publicly available email address or successful email verification does not automatically permit outreach — applicable consent and other requirements for the relevant market are assessed.
Are replies, meetings or sales guaranteed?
No. We provide research and prospecting support, not guaranteed replies, appointments or sales. Research identifies relevant prospects; it does not establish buying interest. Arranging meetings is part of the work undertaken, but no particular number of meetings, replies or sales is guaranteed.
Target Company Research
How do you choose which companies to research?
Companies are researched against criteria agreed with you — product, applications, business model, geography and potential commercial relevance — not pulled from a generic list.
Are researched companies interested buyers?
Not automatically. Research identifies relevance and potential fit. A company is described as interested only after actual interest has been established.
Which markets can you research?
We support businesses targeting North America, the United Kingdom and European markets across different B2B industries.
Qualified Prospect Research
What does “qualified” mean here?
A qualified company is one researched and checked against your agreed relevance criteria. It is not an interested buyer unless actual interest has been established.
Do you guarantee a number of qualified companies?
Research volume depends on market size, your criteria and information availability. Where fewer suitable prospects exist, we discuss realistic scope with you.
Decision-Maker Identification
How do you identify the right decision maker?
We research roles across procurement, purchasing, engineering, operations, category management and commercial teams based on how your target company buys, rather than assuming every senior executive is the right contact.
Do you always find multiple decision makers?
We aim for 2–3 relevant decision makers per company where available. Availability varies by company, role and market.
Contact Intelligence
Are all contact details always available?
No. Professional contact information varies by company, role and market. Business emails, phone numbers and profile information are included where available, with availability and verification status clearly distinguished.
What is the difference between an identified contact and a verified email?
We can identify a person by name, role and company even when no usable email is available. A verified email is one researched and confirmed deliverable where possible. Not every researched person has a usable verified email.
Email Outreach
Whose mailbox is used for outreach?
Campaigns use agreed, authorised sender accounts. Sender identity and account ownership are agreed during onboarding. Domain and mailbox subscriptions are not included in the service fee.
Do you handle replies or just forward them?
We monitor and categorise replies, handle basic conversations based on client-approved information, share your meeting-booking link when appropriate, and arrange meetings where prospects express suitable interest. Questions requiring your expertise, pricing, proposals or closing are handed over to you.
Do I approve the email copy?
Yes. Messaging and business claims are prepared and submitted for your approval before launch.

Yes — a minimum three-month commitment. The minimum service fee for the initial term is US$5,997, excluding domain and mailbox costs and any other separately agreed charges or applicable taxes. The payment schedule is stated in your written agreement.
Does the standard plan include LinkedIn outreach by SalesChit?
No. The standard plan provides LinkedIn prospect research and guidance for outreach conducted through your own authorised real LinkedIn profile. It does not include SalesChit sending LinkedIn connection requests or messages on your behalf. Custom plans may include LinkedIn execution from a real SalesChit representative’s personal profile.
